Today is National Psychotherapy Day. It’s also 9/25, affectionately known as Dolly Parton Day. We thought it was only fitting to share a quote from the late Dolly Parton that feels just right for a day celebrating therapists:

“If you see somebody without a smile, give ’em yours!”

Simply put, psychotherapy is talking with a trained mental health professional to work through difficult thoughts, feelings, and life challenges.

We’re grateful for our Counseling team and the care they share with our community every day. 💙

Francis will close out Day 2 of the 2026 Family Solutions Fall Conference with Beyond Awareness: Building Cultural Competence, a 1.5 hour Social and Cultural Foundations session.

Her presentation will encourage participants to look beyond awareness and explore how our experiences, assumptions, and perspectives shape the way we connect with and serve others.

Today is World Su***de Prevention Day. 💚

Sometimes starting the conversation is the hardest part.

Check on your people. Ask how they are really doing. Listen a little longer. And if someone is struggling, help them know where they can turn.

📚 Back to School means it is time to meet the people behind Family Solutions.

Long before they were counselors, therapists, clinic leaders, administrators, marketers and the people keeping everything moving, they were students too. And yes, we have the school pictures to prove it. 😂

Today, this team helps Family Solutions provide connected care and support through counseling, ABA therapy, pediatric therapy, healthcare staffing and all the work happening behind the scenes to make it possible.
