This year, our client base grew and with it we dispensed 15% more prescriptions and the dollar value of those medications increased by 17%.

But those are just numbers on a page.

Behind every single bottle filled is a neighbor who can finally breathe a sigh of relief. It’s a grandfather who can afford both his blood pressure medication and a birthday gift for his grandson. It’s a mother who doesn't have to skip her own doses to feed her family.

Managing diabetes shouldn't require guesswork, but the best monitoring tools are often out of reach for those who need them most.

We are thrilled to share our collaboration with Community Health Services to combat this common barrier!

Together, we are providing Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) to high-risk diabetic patients who require consistent monitoring. Already, 79% of our clients are hitting their A1c goals - and with this partnership, we are just getting started.

Because of our donors and volunteers this past year:
📉 78% of our clients had ZERO emergency room visits
📈 96% reported stable or significantly improved health
