Meet Charlotte! ✨

We’re celebrating 25 fantastic years of service at The Woman’s Clinic! 🎉

Charlotte is a Patient Accounts Representative who works alongside her team to help ensure our patients understand their financial responsibilities in a way that is clear, respectful, and transparent. We know conversations about money aren’t always easy, which is why we are so thankful for the professionalism, knowledge, and compassion Charlotte brings to this important part of patient care.

Throughout her 25 years at TWC, Charlotte has served in different roles, but one thing has remained constant—she genuinely cares about the women who walk through our doors. She treats every patient with respect and kindness and understands that there is a person behind every account and every conversation.

Charlotte is also a wonderful teammate. She is always willing to pitch in where needed, knows when the team could use a good laugh, and has become a trusted sounding board for many of her coworkers. She brings a steady presence, a great sense of humor, and a willingness to help wherever she can.

Twenty-five years in one place is an incredible accomplishment. We are so thankful Charlotte chose TWC all those years ago and has continued to grow with us through every season. She has helped us learn, improve, grow, and pursue excellence every step of the way.

Meet Meredith! 🌟

We’re celebrating her 15 wonderful years at The Woman’s Clinic! 🎉

Meredith is a sonographer and an absolute staple at TWC. Over the past 15 years, she has scanned hundreds of women in our community and has had the privilege of being part of so many important moments and stories. One of the things that stands out most about Meredith is the way she cares for her patients. She knows how to comfort and support them on their hardest days and celebrate right alongside them on their happiest days. Her compassion and ability to connect with patients make a lasting impact.

Of course, her teammates know Meredith for a few other things, too—her witty comebacks, great sense of humor, and her willingness to jump in and help wherever she is needed! She is the kind of teammate you can always count on.

Meredith brings many years of experience, knowledge, and expertise to our sonography team, making it one of the most trusted and valued parts of TWC. Our providers rely on her skillset and trust her clinical judgment and decision-making.

Meet Stephanie! 🎊

We are celebrating her 10 amazing years of service at TWC! 💙

Stephanie is an LPN who oversees our OB Education and Intake processes, meaning she has the opportunity to meet with almost every OB patient at TWC. She helps ensure our patients are informed about what to expect throughout pregnancy, what resources are available to them, and how our team will be there to support them every step of the way.

Stephanie is one of our most dedicated and dependable team members. She is never one to complain and is always willing to step in, help wherever she is needed, and do whatever it takes to provide the highest quality of care. And our patients absolutely love her! We’ve heard countless times how Stephanie’s calm, caring personality has made a difference in their experience and helped them feel more comfortable and confident during such an important season of life.

Her maturity, experience, reliability, and genuine compassion are invaluable to our team. Most importantly, Stephanie doesn’t just talk about our core values—she lives them through her actions and integrity every day.

Jana is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the mental and emotional challenges that come with every stage of life.

At TWC, we’re committed to continually expanding our resources and services so we can better care for our community. We’re excited to have Jana join our team!

Christmas came a little early at TWC! 🎄🦩

We wrapped up the month with some Christmas in July fun featuring a festive breakfast, holiday décor, door prizes, and plenty of merry shirts. Who says you have to wait until December? 🎅

Our team has been sleighing it all season long, so a little Christmas celebration felt like the perfect fit!❤️

📢 All TWC locations will close at 1:00 PM on Thursday, July 2, and will remain closed through the holiday weekend. We will reopen on Monday, July 6.
(Walk-in Labs will end at 11:00 AM tomorrow.)
