We have officially switched to a new system, and our team is doing a FANTASTIC job tackling all the obstacles! A huge thank you to our patients for being understanding and patient with us as we continue working out the kinks. 💜

📢The Woman's Clinic will be switching to a new patient portal system effective June 1st, 2026. The current patient portal will no longer be live to respond to messages, refill medications, etc.

A new patient portal registration from MyChart (The Woman's Clinic) will be sent out in the next week as appointments are converted to our new system, EPIC. Please be on the look out for this invite to ensure you are registered and can have smooth transition to our new communication system. You can also visit our website and find the registration information under Patient Portal.

As we make this transition, please be patient with our staff over the next couple of weeks. Our team is working very hard to ensure our patients are well taken care of!🩶
