Two weeks ago, I had the privilege of participating in the International Meeting in Santa Marta, Colombia. My sincere thanks to the Colombian Association of Neurosurgeons for the kind invitation and warm hospitality. It was a pleasure to share my experience with the prone transperitoneal approach and present my research on the effects of gravity on intra-abdominal structures.
