In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we wanted to take a moment to share a little more about who we are at Key Therapy Counseling. 💙

We know reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, vulnerable, or even scary at times. Our hope is to help create an environment where people feel accepted, encouraged, and never judged for needing help.

This month and every month, we are reminded how important it is to continue breaking the stigma around mental health and reminding people that they do not have to carry everything alone.

Step beyond the office and experience therapy in a natural, grounding environment. Outdoor sessions with Kate McGrady, LPCA combine movement, fresh air, and professional support to create a calming and engaging therapeutic experience.

We are excited to roll out two new groups designed to support students through end-of-year stress and help them reset before summer break!

Our middle school group offers a supportive space to process the pressures of the school year, build coping skills, and feel more grounded heading into summer.

We are also introducing a unique outdoor group for college students, combining fresh air, movement, and meaningful conversation to decompress, recharge, and reconnect.
