This was my first week not working nights, and I just want to say thank you. 🤍

Thank you to everyone for your understanding, your encouragement, and for being so supportive of this change.

My kids were SO excited to have Mom home in the evenings, and that alone reminded me just how important this season is. 🥹

And I had complete peace knowing that all of you were in such great hands with Dr. Makayla. 🫶🏼

Anyone else feel like back-to-school season requires a nervous system adjustment for the PARENTS too? 😂

The earlier mornings, new schedules, homework, activities and trying to remember approximately 47 things before walking out the door can be… a lot.

So here’s one of our favorite little tools you can use at home. 🤍

✨ YINTANG ✨

You’ll find this acupuncture point right between the eyebrows, just above the bridge of the nose.

Apply gentle pressure for about 30–60 seconds while taking a few slow breaths.

It’s one of the points we commonly use in the treatment room when someone needs help settling, unwinding and getting out of that constantly “on” feeling.

And while one acupressure point can be a great little reset, sometimes your nervous system needs a little more support.

That’s where we come in. 🤍
