(And while we’re at it, stop dreading that "before" photo, too!) 🫣😅

​Look at these two photos. They were taken just 3 weeks apart.

The scale? Didn't budge. Same exact weight.
The physique? Completely different. 🤯

​How? It wasn't about starving or killing myself in the gym. It looked like this:

​80% accurate on nutrition 🍏
​80% consistent with workouts 💪
​~10,000 steps ALMOST every day 🚶‍♀️

​The absolute BIGGEST game-changer? The quality of the food. I swapped out the processed stuff for MORE whole foods, and my body completely responded.

​We don't aim for perfection here—we aim for consistency. When you keep showing up, even on the days you feel like nothing is changing... I promise you, it’s working.
