I'm incredibly grateful for the friends, colleagues, and community that continue to show up for people who are struggling. It’s the people who make the place and the people who make a difference.

High Focus provides specialized care for primary mental health and co-occurring disorders for adolescents and adults, offering support and treatment for individuals and families navigating complex challenges.

The right care matters. But just as important are the people behind it, the ones who genuinely care, show up, and help people find their way forward.

And of course… business lunches are always better with great company and the best pizza around! 🍕❤️

Spent an amazing evening with two of the hardest working people I know. Great laughs, good food, and an even better time catching up.

Beyond loving these two personally, I have so much respect for the work being done at Wellbridge. They provide compassionate, comprehensive care for individuals and families navigating substance use disorder, and they truly understand that people need people.

What started as a simple phone call to donate clothing to a local women’s sober living home turned into something so much bigger.

Without knowing I was in recovery or what I do professionally, this incredible family shared their story with me—one of heartbreak, survival, hope, and ultimately recovery. They told me what inspired them to start the John Roberts Foundation, and in return, I had the opportunity to share my own recovery journey and years of working in the field.

Then came one of those moments that reminds me there are no coincidences…

Their women’s sober living is called Graceful Beginnings, and their message is, “By Grace we begin again.”

As the founder of By Grace Recovery Services, that felt especially meaningful.

Graceful Beginnings is a beautiful home that offers women safety, structure, comfort, and a recovery-focused environment where sobriety, personal growth, and independence are nurtured every day.

If you or someone you love is struggling, please know this: You do not have to do this alone. There are compassionate people, supportive communities, and resources ready to walk alongside you every step of the way.

Another fabulous summer trip to Texas to see the beautiful opening of Black Horse Health. Got to spend time with some of my favorite old friends and met a lot of new ones. Love all the services they are providing and truly enjoyed spending time with the founders and their team. For me it's about wrap around care from people who truly care.
