I get so happy for clients when they send a text saying "I did it!".....that means they are practicing at home (so important and my goal for all clients) and that they have accomplished a goal for themselves. Exciting news!! I am now a certified children's yoga teacher through GOYA!! I will be certified with Yoga Alliance as well after 30 practical hours of sharing yoga with kids. GOYA is more globally recognized and is fairly new, and Yoga Alliance is more American based and has been accepted for many years.
