Meet Victoria “Tori” Caruso, a Drug and Alcohol Therapist at JADE Wellness Center! Tori grew up in Monroeville and joined the JADE team in 2024 after earning her Master’s degree from Waynesburg University.

For Tori, working in Monroeville is especially meaningful because it gives her the opportunity to serve the community that helped shape who she is today. One of the most rewarding parts of her work is seeing people surprise themselves as they discover just how much positive change they are capable of creating in their own lives.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys playing Dungeons & Dragons, basketball, and skateboarding.

We’re grateful to have Tori as part of the JADE Wellness Center team. Her dedication to helping others recognize their own strengths and create meaningful change reflects the compassion and commitment at the heart of the work we do at JADE. We appreciate the care she brings to her clients and the positive impact she continues to have on the Monroeville community.

Maintaining long-term recovery requires a safe environment where healthy habits can take root. Returning to an unstructured space can bring unexpected triggers, making daily routine and predictable boundaries essential for success.

Our specialized recovery housing uses the SEA model (Structure, Expectations, and Accountability) to create a safe bridge between clinical treatment and independent living. By combining clear house guidelines, peer support, and direct connection to our outpatient care, residents gain the confidence needed to thrive.
