Victoria Ledkins, RN
“Hi everyone! I’m Victoria, the Clinical Manager at PHC. I was born and raised in Excel, Alabama, and graduated from Excel High School in 2018. I continued my education at Coastal Alabama, where I earned my Associate’s degree in Health Science, and later received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama. I am a proud mom to my two beautiful children, Grayson and Ivory Ann, and also have a doodle named Dottie who keeps us on our toes! I began my nursing career at Thomas Hospital working on the cardiac unit before deciding to transition closer to home. That decision led me to PHC, where I started as an RN. About a year ago, I stepped into the role of Clinical Manager, and I have truly loved every second of being part of this incredible team. In my free time, you can usually find me spending quality time with my sweet babies and family. One of my favorite things about working at PHC is the opportunity to care for people within my own community. Being able to give back and support others during difficult times is something I will always cherish. We truly have the best team here at PHC, and I’m so grateful to work alongside each and every one of them.”

Alberta Primm is a compassionate and dedicated nurse with 26 years of experience caring for others with kindness, patience, and professionalism. Throughout her nursing career, she has been known for putting the needs of others before her own, always offering comfort, support, and a caring heart to every patient and family she encounters.
Her passion for nursing comes from a deep love for helping people and making a difference in their lives each day.
Outside of her career, Alberta enjoys spending quality time with her family and remaining active in her church community. Her faith plays a major role in her life, as she loves God and lives with reverence and respect for Him in all that she does. She also enjoys seafood and cherishes peaceful moments surrounded by loved ones. Alberta's life reflects compassion, faith, selflessness, and a true servant's heart.

Hi , my name is Kaitlyn. I’m from Monroeville, Alabama and a mom to my son, Briggs, who is my pride and joy. i’ve been in the medical field since 2016 and became a nurse in 2025 after graduating from Reid State Technical College. My background in pharmacy and patient care has helped me build a strong foundation, and i’m continuing to grow and expand my skills as a nurse.

A fun fact about me is that i’m very creative outside of nursing—I love photography, calligraphy, and diy projects.

What i love most about working at PHC is building real connections with my patients and making a difference in their everyday lives.

“Born and raised in Evergreen Al. Graduate from Evergreen High School and later graduated LPN school from Bishop State in Mobile Alabama where I raised three wonderful boys. I moved back to the great city of Evergreen back in 2015 where I took a position with Franklin Primary Health up until 2019 . Then I had the great pleasure to take a position here at Progressive Home Health where I love. In my spare time I love to thrift , garden and spend time with my precious family and friends. I’ve always wanted to give back to my community and work in healthcare. I truly believe that you have to be a patient and giving person to be in this field . I pray that the good lord blesses me to continue for a long time to continue to do what I love. For truly we are neighbors caring for neighbors”

“I’m Kathryn, from Monroeville, Alabama, and a proud graduate of Monroe Academy in 2017. I went on to earn my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Troy University in 2022. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and we have a dog named Beau who keeps things fun. In my free time, you can usually find me antiquing or beachin’ it whenever I get the chance. I always knew I wanted to come back home after graduation. I accepted a position at Monroe County Hospital and now work with Progressive Home Care. I love working in home health because it allows me to care for people in a more personal and meaningful way. I enjoy building relationships with my patients, getting to know them beyond their medical needs, and helping them stay comfortable and independent in their own homes. Being able to serve the community I grew up in makes it even more special to me.

“Hi! I’m Ashlee, one of the nurses on Progressive Home Care’s awesome team! I was raised in Monroe County, where I graduated from Monroe Academy in 2005. I married my high school sweetheart and we have 2 beautiful children, a son and a daughter. I attended The University of South Alabama College of Nursing, where I graduated with my BSN in 2010. I got a job right away as a Labor & Delivery nurse at Springhill Medical Center, where I worked for over 15 years. In 2025, needing to be closer to home, I was welcomed onto Progressive Home Care’s team. I absolutely loved being a Labor & Delivery nurse, and I have also loved getting the opportunity to be a Home Health nurse and learn how to care for my community in the comfort of their own homes. During my off time, I can be found at the tennis court, football field, softball field, or volleyball court watching my kids do what they love. We love to spend time as a family, going on hikes and spending time at the river and the beach. What I love most about working at PHC is the teamwork and always learning something new!”

Our office staff, along with PR Director Laura Harris, had the pleasure of spending time with the wonderful residents at The Meadows of Monroeville Living Facility! 🌼

We enjoyed a fun, hands-on craft getting ready for the summer days ahead—creating beautiful flower arrangements together. It was such a joy to connect, laugh, and share special moments with the residents.

At Progressive Home Care, we love pouring back into our community—neighbors caring for neighbors. ❤️💙

Progressive Home Care was proud to be part of the Community Health Fair at Morning Star Baptist Church this morning!

Our Patient Accounts Representative, Vanessa King, and Clinical Manager, Victoria Ledkins, enjoyed connecting with community members, sharing resources, and supporting health and wellness in our area.

We truly love serving our patients and giving back to the community we call home. Thank you to everyone who came out—we look forward to continuing to make a positive impact together! 💙
