SNF VBP Performance Reports are now available in iQIES! These reports provide an early look at your facility’s FY2025 performance on the 8 quality measures that will influence your FY2027 Medicare Part A payment. While final scores and payment multipliers won't be released until August, now is the time to identify opportunities for improvement and focus your QAPI efforts.
