I pioneered a new form of healing through relaxation, meditation, and stress relief. I use the word "Vano" which translates from вано meaning "Root" in Tundra Nenets. I chose this word because the client subconsciously roots themselves into a calm state for the duration of the session. It is a strong grounding/"rooting" process.

The intended goal is to allow my client to feel pain relief and a release of tension from their body. This practice is akin to Reiki, but I have innovated my own practice going into a different direction.

What should you expect from a session?
Calm, peacefulness, and a strong release to let go of tension. Anxiety relief, PTSD symptom relief, stress relief, pain relief are all potential outcomes.
