Power in your swing starts with how your body moves.
This small-group workshop will be led by Doctor of Physical Therapy Tim Olson and focuses on building strength, improving movement efficiency, and reducing injury risk for tennis players using a Pilates-based approach. Participants will learn practical exercises and movement strategies designed to support power, control, mobility, and longevity on the court.
