Originally from Edinburgh, Scotland, Nicola Watson is an integrative wellness practitioner, yoga and meditation teacher, Ayurvedic educator, Registered Polarity Practitioner, Fascial Stretch Therapy practitioner, mentor, and program leader. Since 2009, Nic has supported people through periods of growth, change, healing, and reinvention. Her work brings together deep yogic knowledge, Ayurveda, ener
gy work, meditation, psychology, and fascial-based movement to create a highly personalized approach to wellbeing. Nic specializes in helping people reconnect with their bodies, understand the patterns shaping their lives, and create meaningful, sustainable change. She works with private clients through tailored six-week programs designed around their individual goals, whether they are seeking greater mobility, renewed energy, emotional steadiness, clarity during a life transition, or support in growing their work and business. Alongside her private practice, Nic teaches group classes and workshops, develops and leads Yoga Teacher Training, mentors teachers, and helps shape integrative wellness programming and client experiences at Samata Wellness. Her teaching is rooted in the ISHTA Yoga lineage, where she continues to study with Alan Finger, and is informed by many years of study in Ayurveda, Polarity Therapy, energy healing, meditation, and embodied movement. She is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and holds a master’s degree in Psychology. Nic creates a space that is thoughtful, intuitive, practical, and deeply human. She brings warmth and humor to reflective work, helping clients gently investigate the roots of their challenges, recognize their strengths, and move forward with greater confidence and connection. Her belief is simple: with the right support, clear intention, and committed practice, profound change is possible.
