A long overdue shoutout and congratulations to our friend snd patient Big Mark on his 2nd place NPC finish on his FIRST show! It’s been a pleasure to work with this athlete and to see him overcome some challenges as well as to see the level of dedication he had during his prep. More good things to come his way for sure! Also a big congrats to his coach on a job well done!

A big shout out to our patient and most of all great friend of on his 1st place finish. He had the chips stacked against him (injuries, running 3 businesses, planning a wedding, etc.) and yet he was able to put in the work and have the mental dedication necessary to win! Congrats Mark! May “The Sizzler” continue winning and getting 1st place. 👍💪👏👏👏

Working with IFBB Pro Debbie Gaccione . In order to workout regularly and with high intensity, athletes must avoid injuries and heal from injuries as well. By incorporating chiropractic, spinal decompression, y-strap adjustments, and shockwave therapy/EPAT we are able to help athletes to stay on top of their game and injury free.

Working on fixing his shoulder...helping him be his best for the . We used Shockwave Therapy aka EPAT to reduce pain, breakdown scar tissue, to stimulate neovascularization and neoneurogenesis, and stimulate/activate stem cells (mesenchymal differentiation cells). Treating pain is not enough- we need to treat to stimulate HEALING. . Big thank you to for helping to loosen up Matt prior to him coming to our office- loose muscles make it much easier to adjust a heavily muscled person.
