We’re pleased to share that Montgomery Cancer Center’s IT systems have been restored and our teams are no longer operating using downtime procedures.

🏥 Patient care remains our top priority as we move past this temporary disruption.📞 If your appointment was rescheduled during the outage, you have been or will be contacted directly by your care team.

🖥️ As our teams continue to work diligently to process information that accumulated during the outage, you may experience some delays in outstanding lab, imaging and other test results or information that would typically be available in the Patient Portal.

Thank you to our patients, families and community for your patience, flexibility and understanding throughout this unexpected disruption. 🙏

➡️ Montgomery Cancer Center is experiencing an unexpected IT outage. This outage is not the result of a cybersecurity incident, and patient data has not been impacted. The disruption is the result of a server outage at one of our third-party vendors and IT teams are working tirelessly to restore this system as quickly as possible. ⏱️

As many of you know, if you have an appointment this week, your appointment may be rescheduled. ☎️ Patients have been or will be contacted with additional information if there are changes to their appointment.

Our three hospitals remain open, and our clinical teams have downtime procedures in place to support safe, high-quality care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please visit one of our Emergency Departments.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. 💙 We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available.
