We will now be sending a client intake form to all new clients AND established clients upon scheduling.

Once the intake form is filled out it will be saved to your account and won’t be resent to you when you schedule future appointments.

This allows for a more streamlined and relaxing process for you and your therapist when you arrive for your first appointment!

This also ensures that all of our existing clients have updated intake/health questionnaires on file.

We require all clients to fill out a form for their safety and to enable the therapist to customize your session to ensure you get the results you’re seeking.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing Mothers out there! Birth Moms, Bonus and Step-Moms, Adoptive and Foster Moms, Fur Moms and those holding space for their lost or future children are all beautiful.
