Let's be honest, this role is not for everyone.

It is not for someone who wants to clock in, get through the day, and leave without really knowing the patients they treated. It is not for someone who would rather stay quiet than speak up when they notice something that could help a patient's care. And it is not for someone looking for a place to simply pass time until something better comes along.

If that sounds like a hard pass, this probably is not the right fit, and that is okay. But if you are a Physical Therapist who actually wants to know the people you treat, who wants your voice to matter in a patient's care, and who is looking for work that feels like it means something, then we should talk.
