Our programs simply utilize the power of the mind, relaxation techniques, NLP and integrated medicine tools of the mind and body to obtain optimum health. Dr. Smith has conducted hundreds of group seminars on addiction, smoking cessation, weight control, stress management and pain management. Moreover, he has provided consultations on the psychology of sales, time management, memory improvement, procrastination and alcohol dependence. Dr. Smith is a board certified hypnotherapist and a NLP practitioner. He was, for more than 10 years, the only certified hypnosis instructor in Alabama for the National Guild of Hypnotists. Dr. Smith trains other counselors, psychologists, physicians and nurses to become certified as a hypnotherapists. Vaughn, Ph.D has 16 years of diverse experience as a licensed professional counselor and a hypnotherapist. Dr. Vaughn is a marriage and family therapist and an ordained minister. He is a gifted motivational speaker and is the author of the Awareness Therapy Handbook.
