šæ Join Me for the Next 7 Weeks šæ
While Annie is away, Iāll be honored to be subbing her Forrest Yoga classes for the next seven weeks.
This photo captures me in Eka Pada Bakasana (One-Legged Crow Pose)āa moment of strength, balance, and focus. But like everything in yoga, I didnāt begin here. This shape was built through practice, patience, challenge, falling, learning, and trying again.
Yoga is not about achieving a pose. Yoga means unionāthe connection of breath, body, mind, and heart. It teaches us how to stay present through both the challenges and the changes that life brings.
Over the next seven weeks, weāll move together, breathe together, and practice together. Some days will feel strong. Some days will feel unsteady. Both belong.
The strength and balance we cultivate on the mat begin to ripple into our lives off the matāinto how we meet challenges, navigate change, and show up for ourselves and one another.
The practice isnāt about perfection. Itās about showing up.
I look forward to sharing this time with you and meeting you exactly where you are.
See you on the mat. šš
ā Helen
Strength and balance are not where we begin. They are what we discover through practiceāon and off the mat.
