🌿 Healthy Habits Don't Have to Be Complicated!

Want to start taking supplements but feel overwhelmed by all the choices?

One of my favorite ways to simplify foundational nutrition is the Standard Process General Health Pack! 💚

It's an easy, convenient way to get started without juggling multiple supplement bottles.

What's inside each packet?

🌱 Catalyn® – A whole-food-based multinutrient supplement providing essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidant nutrients.

🌱 Trace Minerals-B12™ – Provides important trace minerals and vitamin B12 to complement your daily nutritional intake.

🐟 Tuna Omega-3 Oil – Supplies EPA and DHA, essential omega-3 fats that help fill nutritional gaps when you're not getting enough from your diet.

✨ Why do I love this pack?

✔️ Three foundational supplements in one convenient packet

✔️ No measuring or sorting through multiple bottles

✔️ Easy to take at home, at work, or while traveling

✔️ A simple way to establish a consistent daily supplement routine

✔️ One box provides a 30-day supply when taken as directed

💚 Good nutrition doesn't have to be complicated!

At Clear Choice Acupuncture, I believe in starting with the basics and building from there based on your individual needs.

The General Health Pack is a convenient option for adults looking for foundational nutritional support.

Ask me about the new bitters supplement. I was able to try it at Back to School for Doctors and definitely noticed a change in my appetite during lunch. And for me who deals with hypoglycemia, it seemed to balance my blood sugar so I wasn't hangry by lunch time.

✨ You don’t have to just live with it.

Pain. Neuropathy. Sciatica. Headaches. Stress. Poor sleep.
These are some of the things we see in our office every week.

At Clear Choice Acupuncture in Montgomery, we use acupuncture and advanced Neuropuncture techniques to help regulate the nervous system, decrease pain, and support the body’s natural healing response.

Acupuncture isn’t just about temporarily covering up symptoms. Our goal is to understand why your body is struggling and help it function better.

If you’ve been dealing with something that just isn’t getting better, acupuncture may be worth exploring.

I spent the weekend in Loveland, CO at one of my favorite nutrition conferences called Back to School for Doctors. The topic this year was The Immune Clock of Aging. I had a great time learning and meeting up with new and old colleagues.

Send me a message if you want to know more! I will be sending out an email to my list tomorrow.

Lake Creek High School had their homecoming dance last night. I'm posting purely to brag on my beautiful daughter and the young woman she is becoming. I'm so grateful to have moved my office and family to Montgomery. This city and school district are treating us well!

Jon and I enjoyed a nice staycation at Margaritavillle this weekend. Thank you so much to Jada with Bentwater Life for this gift!
