Upper Saucon Volunteer Fire Department recently held a training drill to help crews sharpen and enhance their vehicle rescue skills. Members trained with a variety of equipment, including Holmatro rescue tools and Junkyard Dog Industries - a division of ESI Equipment stabilization struts and crash bags.

Ohio Township Fire Company has recently taken delivery of new Holmatro and Junkyard Dog Industries - a division of ESI Equipment equipment, including a PCU50 cutter, PSP50 spreader, and JYD Medium Rescue Struts with a Doggie Bag.

Garden Spot Fire Rescue (GSFR39) recently responded to a two-vehicle crash involving one trapped patient. Crews quickly went to work with their Holmatro CORE tools to safely extricate the patient.

ESI Race Track Safety Services was at Pocono Raceway for the NASCAR Cup, O'Reilly and ARCA series races held on the Tricky Triangle. ESI RTSS was set up to support the track Safety Services and track responders. Pocono is sponsored by ESI Equipment, Inc. And Holmatro USA & Canada with Pentheon battery Rescue tools on two trucks. Additionally ESI RTSS provides Junkyard Dog Industries - a division of ESI Equipment Rescue Struts and Crash Bags and Enforcer 10 CAFS systems filled with Firebull AB Fluorine Free Foam.

This year ESI RTSS also provided two Holmatro door openers to lift the SAFER Barrier walls in case of car parts being lodged and releasing water that can get trapped behind the Barrier and seep onto the track.

ESI RTSS also provided personnel staffing Stepp's Race Recovery services trucks on track.

Luckily wet weather was avoided during Race times and the sold out crowd of spectators had 3 great race days.

Always good to be with the folks at Pocono Raceway.

Holmatro EVO tools were in action over the weekend by Fannett Metal Fire and Ambulance Inc. during a UTV accident response. Crews utilized the tools to safely extricate a trapped patient, who was later flown to a trauma center for advanced care.
