Our Crossett Clinic is open from 8 am until 12 noon.

Jefferson Regional Crossett Clinic is closing early today due to an internet outage. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Anyone needing to be seen today can be seen at our Monticello location, 906 Roberts Drive. Or give us a call at 870-367-6867.

We Have Exciting News!

To better serve our community Monticello Medical Clinic 2 is relocating effective January 30!

Beginning Monday, February 2 at 8:00 a.m., our providers Dana Sawyer, APRN, and Brittney Pearcy, APRN, will begin seeing patients at 906 Roberts Drive.

Our rural health clinic patients now have expanded access and may schedule appointments with Dr. Fakouri, Dr. Tim Simon, or Dr. Sylvia Simon.

Dana and Brittney will continue to offer walk‑in care, ensuring the same quality service you’ve come to expect from this team.

We look forward to serving you at our new location!
