Good Morning! I get asked all the time. What do you take? Well, here is what goes into my shaker bottle each morning.
1 scoop of Dynamic Greens
1 scoop Vit C powder
1 scoop Collagen
12oz of water
Shake well and take 2 omega caps with my first drink too! This is a great way to get key nutrition going for the day. Yes, within an hour.. protein is consumed and typically in the form eggs. Stay tuned as we break it down and talk about each product and why it’s important:). Make today amazing!
