We’re honored to be finalists in the Seven Daysies Awards for Best Yoga Studio and Best Place to Get a Massage.

The last time we were nominated, we were the only wellness center outside of Chittenden County to make the finalist list. This year, we’d love to take it one step further and bring home the award—but we can’t do it without you.

Blossom is expanding…. Again!!! That means: painting project!! 🎨 💫 🌺

If you’ve been in the wellness center in the last few days, you probably noticed we’ve been making some changes! We’re adding one more treatment/consultation room to the third floor this month. Stay tuned for more info!

Thank you all of you who support us in endless ways, from spending your wellness dollars with us, to loving us up day in and day out, to sharing the goodness with the community, and even painting with us!! WE LOVE YOU!!!

💫 Massage Therapist Highlight ✨

Meet Hope!

Hope is a mixed Mexican educator, yogi, bodyworker, artist, and herbalist rooted in traditional Mexican medicine from Nahuatl lineage alongside modern studies in both Mexico and the U.S. Her work centers holistic wellness, womb health, and nurturing care for the prenatal and postpartum journey through traditional indigenous practices.

Hope brings together traditional Mexican massage, herbal oils, and intuitive bodywork to support healing physically, energetically, and emotionally. Her sessions use fluid massage techniques to encourage lymphatic flow, circulation, relaxation, and restoration. She also incorporates traditional Rebozo bodywork to help stretch, realign, and support the body during postpartum recovery.

Hope’s work is deeply inclusive and welcoming to all people seeking womb-centered care and holistic support.

Her specialties include:
Prenatal Massage
Postpartum Bodywork
Blossom Signature Relaxation

Outside the studio, Hope runs a micro mushroom and herb farm, creates herbal medicines through Luna Xochitl, teaches yoga at Blossom, and continues her studies in traditional healing arts.

AYURVEDA WEEK IS HERE! 🥳🌿💖

There’s something really special about returning to simple, nourishing practices 🌿

Join us April 20–23 for Ayurveda Week with our own Marisa Hall, sharing the wisdom she lives and breathes every day through her work and passion for this beautiful “science of life.”

Across these evenings, we’ll explore the foundations of Ayurveda in a way that feels approachable and real, understanding your unique constitution, syncing with daily + seasonal rhythms, learning to make nourishing kitchari, and experiencing the power of self-massage.

Marisa brings so much heart to this work, offering each session with care, curiosity, and a deep love for helping others reconnect with themselves.

All sessions are 90 minutes, sliding scale $25–45, and pre-registration is required.

If you’ve been craving a slower pace, a deeper sense of balance, or a more intentional way of caring for yourself… this is your invitation ✨
