The Montrose Health Center wanted to thank Chief of Police Todd Shields for 7+ years serving and protecting our Montrose community by giving him chocolates and cards signed by our residents, staff, and Central Lee 8th graders. He also served Fort Madison as Chief of Police for 20+ year and is a retired Sergeant 1st class Army Reserve!
