Every job is more than a paycheck—it’s an opportunity to build confidence, independence, purpose, and meaningful connections.
Supported employment helps individuals with disabilities thrive in roles that match their strengths while providing the individualized support they need to succeed. As Direct Support Professionals, we’re there to encourage, coach, and celebrate every milestone—but the accomplishments always belong to the people we support.
Today, we’re celebrating Dan, who volunteers at CareOne in Livingston, where he leads the daily exercise class, facilitates the word game, and shares the Daily Chronicle with residents. His enthusiasm, consistency, and leadership make a meaningful impact on everyone around him.
At Community Supports Network, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to contribute their unique gifts to their community. We’re proud to support individuals in building fulfilling roles where they can grow, connect, and shine.
Because inclusion isn’t just about opening doors—it’s about creating opportunities for people to lead, belong, and make a difference.
