💜 In Loving Memory of Jonette Albright, NP 💜

The Gentle Transitions Hospice family is deeply saddened by the passing of our wonderful Nurse Practitioner, Jonette Albright.

Jonette devoted her life to caring for others, first as a nurse and then for 25 years as a Nurse Practitioner. Her compassion, kindness, faith, and genuine love for people were evident in the way she cared for our patients, families, and team.

We are incredibly grateful that Jonette was part of the Gentle Transitions family. She touched many lives and will be truly and deeply missed.

Our thoughts and prayers are with her family, friends, and everyone fortunate enough to have known and loved her.

Rest peacefully, Jonette. Your legacy of caring for others lives on. 💜🕊️

Matthew brings a unique combination of experience in emergency response, peer support, and chaplaincy. As a Firefighter/EMT, he has spent years serving others in times of crisis, while also providing emotional and spiritual support to fellow first responders. His calm presence, compassionate heart, and commitment to serving others make him a wonderful addition to our hospice team.

We’re honored to have Matthew walking alongside our patients and families during life’s most meaningful moments.

Today we pause to honor the sacrifice of Pvt. Isabella Gonzales, a 19-year-old North Texas soldier who gave her life while serving our country. 🇺🇸

At Gentle Transitions Hospice, we witness every day how precious life is and how deeply service matters. We extend our heartfelt prayers to Pvt. Gonzales’ family, friends, and fellow service members as they grieve this unimaginable loss.

May we never forget the courage of those who volunteer to protect our nation, and may we continue to support the families who bear the weight of that sacrifice.

Rest in peace, Pvt. Isabella Gonzales. Your service and sacrifice will never be forgotten. ❤️🤍💙
