A question that always comes up at Living Roots Chiropractic

“How much pressure do you use on a newborn?”

Here’s the honest answer:

👆 About the same gentle pressure you’d use to test the ripeness of a tomato.

We’re not cracking anything.
We’re not manipulating forcefully.

We’re restoring movement to a joint that has lost its normal range — gently, precisely, intentionally.

The nervous system doesn’t need force.
It needs direction.

Wellness isn’t built overnight. It’s built through small habits practiced daily. 🌿

Simple things like staying hydrated, maintaining good posture, prioritizing sleep, gentle stretching, and nourishing your body all support a healthier spine and nervous system.

And at Living Roots Chiropractic, we’re here to help make that a little easier.

Small steps really do add up.
