🍂 Fall yard work season is here, and your back definitely knows it.

Raking leaves, lifting bags, bending, twisting, and doing the same motions over and over can leave your back, neck, and muscles feeling sore and irritated.

A few ways to make cleanup a little easier on your body:

🍁 Warm up before you get started
🍁 Switch sides while raking
🍁 Bend at your knees when lifting
🍁 Don’t overfill those leaf bags
🍁 Take breaks instead of trying to knock it all out at once
