With this beautiful weather, does anyone miss the snow?!
Microbreaks during your workday help prevent soreness and stiffness. The wall angel exercise is great for anybody who works with their arms out in front of them (pretty much everyone?!).
Our mini coach demonstrates the snow angel, the OG movement from which the wall angel derives its name. βοΈ
The second video Dr. S demonstrates the wall angel:
1οΈβ£ Feet, back, head, elbows, and wrists against the wall.
2οΈβ£ Without letting wrists and elbows come off the wall, bring your arms up and touch your hands above your head.

Focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together and downward to engage scapular muscles.
β Don't push through sharp pain.
β
Only go as high as you can before something comes off the wall.
