New commission finished!!

This portrait was requested by the wonderfully lovely Juliet Hilditch.

I wasn’t sure if it was a horse, or a massive Dalmatian, but I’ve imagined it’s a Dalmatian because horses are harder to draw.

I don’t know what he’s called, but I’ve named him Robert De Neighro.

Robert likes starstruck herring, walking with the confidence of a man who once had an enjoyable experience on Bargain Hunt, and doing blow-offs that sound like a duck watching an episode of ‘You’ve Been Framed’ in an empty church.

I’ve obviously drawn this one in my ultra-realistic style, so usual reminder that my portrait is the image on the right.

Sandy will be offering a special class in Reidsville, NC at Flintrock Farm on Saturday 10/3. There will be one session offered:
12:00-4:00

This class is a fun experience learning about equine anatomy and handling bones of horses all ages and sizes. She typically has bones in this class from 9+ horses, from 8 months old through 29 years old. There will be several different breeds, and horses from different work environments.
