Please join us in congratulating Cassie Sigmund on 25 years of service with Miller’s!

Cassie started her journey with Miller’s while she was still in high school, working as a CNA. After graduating, she continued her education and earned both her LPN and RN degrees through Miller’s Books & Tuition Program.

Throughout her 25 years with Miller’s, Cassie has held many different positions and continued to grow both personally and professionally. Her dedication and hard work eventually led her to her current role as Director of Nursing.

Cassie has been a valued fixture at Miller’s in Mooresville and continues to make an impact by supporting other Directors of Nursing at our sister facilities.

We are incredibly grateful for Cassie’s 25 years of dedication, leadership, and commitment to Miller’s and the residents we serve.

Congratulations to our recent QMA graduates!

Kaylee, Katlyn, and Brelyn (not pictured) recently successfully completed our QMA program. All three began their careers at Miller’s as CNAs and were selected to take the next step in their careers by becoming Qualified Medication Aides.

We are so proud of their hard work and dedication.

At Miller’s, we are committed to helping our team members grow. We offer free QMA classes to eligible CNAs, taught by our very own instructor, giving our employees the opportunity to advance their careers while continuing to make a difference in the lives of our residents.

Everyone’s rehabilitation journey is different and tailored to their individual needs. David came to Miller’s in March, and this month he is preparing to return home!

Meet Cherish!

Cherish has been part of the Miller’s team since 2023. She started her journey with us as a CNA and went on to successfully complete our QMA program. Now, she is taking the next step in her career by participating in our Books & Tuition Program as she works toward earning her LPN degree.

Meet Christy Sutton, our MDS Coordinator!

Christy was first hired at Miller’s in 2004 and returned to the team in 2019. Over the years, she has held several different nurse management positions at Miller’s and has become known for always having fun at work and keeping everyone laughing!

When Christy is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and caring for her family’s horses.

We are so grateful to have Christy on the Miller’s team and appreciate all she brings to our residents and staff!

Meet Juanita Keene, Senior Staff Development Coordinator!

Juanita has worked for Miller's for 29 years. She earned her LPN and RN degrees through Miller's Books & Tuition Program and started at Miller's as a CNA while she was in high school.

Juanita has held several positions during her time with Miller's and now assists sister facilities with CNA, QMA, and CPR classes. She loves helping our staff grow both professionally and personally.
