Hi, we’re Jeff Benton, DNP, CRNA and Stephanie King, MS, OTR/L, CLT, OCC — husband-and-wife founders with deep roots in healthcare. Jeff brings years of experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, and Stephanie is a dedicated Occupational Therapist. Together, we created The Well Hydration because we believe true wellness starts from the inside.
We offer personalized IV hydration therapy designed to help you recover faster, boost energy, support immunity, and feel your best — whether you’re training hard, fighting off illness, or simply prioritizing proactive wellness.
Rooted in clinical excellence and a genuine love for our community, we can’t wait to serve the Lake Norman area with safe, effective, and restorative treatments.

Hi everyone! We are very excited to announce that we are expanding our wellness services at Lymphatic Health Center. We are actively growing our team and looking to hire a licensed massage therapist who is hard-working and compassionate and that will fit the needs of this population. The therapist must be interested in oncology massage, manual lymphatic drainage, and other post-surgical massage techniques. We will provide on the job training and assistance with obtaining a CLT certification in the future. Come join our team!!

Donning garments with gloves is the safest way to preserve the garment and make it easier to adjust for proper wearing, removing wrinkles, etc.
Donning butlers are great if you have back issues, limited mobility or strength.
