Your mind needs rest too, not just your schedule.

Here are 3 simple ways to protect your peace this June:

1.Spend Time Outside: Fresh air, sunlight, and even a 10-minute walk can help reset your mind more than you think.
2. Stop Feeling Guilty for Resting: Taking breaks does not make you lazy. Recovery and healing require rest too.
3. Reach Out Instead of Isolating: A 5-minute conversation with someone you trust can help lighten the mental weight you are carrying.

Protecting your peace is part of recovery too.

Some people learn to survive by keeping their guard up. Healing is not about becoming completely unguarded overnight. It is about learning who feels safe, who respects your growth, and where you can finally breathe without fear.
