We love a good field trip. The Moorhead Public Library greets you with a warm welcome. The many thoughtful details like sound deadening & wall to wall windows beckons that you stay a while, look around, & find a favorite nook. Many views for the sightseers. A variety of chairs for the sitters & readers. Walkers can find the arrow on the upper level & get their steps in. Wigglers can jump around at the indoor playground. For those of us who want to simply be, to enjoy all the senses of being surrounded by beautiful materials & simply meditate can do that too. The library in Moorhead is stunning! I can't wait to go back.

In massage school we learned about self care. If we are not making time to care for self, how can we care for others? What are your go to self care activities? Here are just a few of mine: nature, time with loved ones, getting monthly massages, intentional time for rest, creating art / crafts, sauna time, & travel.
