We wanted to take a moment to highlight one of the activities taking place during Mental Health Day in the Park.

✨Lucent Yoga & Fitness is helping make this event a success by providing an outdoor movement/yoga session.

Lucent is a studio where you can find balance, harmony and energy renewal amidst the hectic bustle of everyday pressures and deadlines. We are so excited to have them with us!

Hiring & Growing! (Picture flashback!)
Lucent will be 7 years old in June and we need to add YOGA TEACHERS! Who do you know that is 200 Hr or more certified? We would love to talk with them!

Immediate needs:
1. Subs- especially mid-day
2. Saturday mornings (rolling schedule so only sign up when you’re available!)
3. Mornings- 6:15am Tuesdays & Thursdays available!

Nothing fills the heart and soul like a morning tapping into all the things you love!
-Spending time with my “lifetime” Lucent Tribe and blending in new ones that fit right in
- A yoga practice that focuses on leaving things that no longer serve you behind and clearing out physical and mental “stuckness”
-Laughter as we try not to take ourselves too seriously
-Our favorite beverages/pints
-Conversations around the table with new friends and old
-Snacks (of course snacks 😊)
