Some parents carry a grief that doesn't have a name yet...

We want to spotlight Bellis Health, a Saint Paul-based nonprofit doing extraordinary work for parents whose children are parented by others, no matter how that came to be.

No judgment. No shame. Just real support.

In 2025, Bellis served over 700 people through six free weekly online peer support groups, a daily call or text warm line, in-person community groups, and their 12th annual weekend retreat. Their Stronger Together Peer Support Model™, developed with the University of Minnesota - is now being trained at organizations across the country.

At Recovering Hope, our clients often carry complex, layered experiences and knowing resources like Bellis exist matters deeply to us.

Recovery is about the whole person. Bellis aligns with us in this mission.
