JOB SUMMARY

Cleans and maintains all surfaces within the facility by following housekeeping policies/procedures and infection control guidelines.

High School diploma or equivalent

St. Clare Living Community of Mora is looking for a Resident Assistant to work in our Assisted Living location. We have 1 part-time position available working the 4pm-9pm shift.
The Resident Assistant (RA) will provide resident care and delegated nursing tasks, as required or assigned, under the supervision of the licensed nurse at our Assisted Living location, The Villages of St. Clare. The Resident Assistant completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe client/resident care. Communication and interactions with clients, residents, families and other team members is an essential component of this position. The RA may, at times, be the only staff working in a building so the individual must be able to manage building and client emergencies and to work independently, demonstrating good judgment toward care, safety, and hospitality. The Resident Assistant is able to pass medication or perform other delegated nursing tasks.

St Clare Living Community has an opening for a PT or FT Occupational Therapist Registered. We serve short stay, long term care, assisted living and home health mature clients experiencing medical challenges.

Responsibilities: patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, collaborating with IDT, educating patients/families, maintaining compliance with state regulations
Requirements: Active state license (OTR/L), new grads welcome.
