Join us this afternoon at 3:00 pm for self-care and deep relaxation with Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. A great way to nourish the mind, body and spirit, before the busy week ahead!☺️🕉️🫶✨

Restorative Yoga is an inward form of yoga that invites you to bring greater balance and ease into your life. We will move gently to settle in and then move into poses supported by props, creating an opportunity for the mind to slow down. Restorative poses are passive in that there is no muscular contraction involved, so there is no level of strength called upon.

Restorative yoga calms the nervous system, slows the progress of chronic diseases, and helps in managing physical pain.

Finally, we will finish our practice together with a blissful Yoga Nidra.❣️
