Community Care of North Carolina (CCNC) has partnered with participating practices to help remind families when their child is due for a well-child visit. These reminders are sent through a HIPAA-compliant, secure text messaging program.

Text messages began going out yesterday to eligible Medicaid members and Blue Cross commercial members whose children are due for a well-child checkup.

If you receive one of these messages, you can feel confident that it is an official reminder to schedule your child's well visit with our office.

In observance of Independence Day, Kids Rule Pediatrics will be closed Friday, July 3, 2026! We want to remind everyone to stay safe this weekend in their celebration of America’s 250th!

If you are need of urgent medical advice regarding your child, you can reach the after hours advice nurse by calling the office then press 1 to be connected. If you have an emergency, go directly the closest emergency department or call 911.

Happy 4th! We will return to our normal hours on Monday, July 6th.
