Watching someone grow into themselves is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. đź’›

From the very first time we met at the NHI job fair, I knew there was something special about her. There was a presence, heart, and drive that immediately stood out to me and I knew she was someone worth making the time and investment in.

Seeing her growth not only as a therapist, but as a person, has been incredibly rewarding. The confidence she’s built, the way she connects with people, her willingness to learn, and the care she puts into her work have all continued to shine more and more over time.

Today she officially graduated, passed her final, and is beginning the process toward licensure and I honestly could not be more proud. She has so much potential ahead of her and I truly believe this is only the beginning.

R & R is lucky to have her, and I already know she’s going to make a lasting impact on so many people throughout her career. A total keeper.

• You catch yourself clenching your jaw during the day
• You wake up with tightness in your face or temples
• You get headaches around your eyes, temples, or jaw
• Your neck + shoulders always feel tight
