Some promises are meant to be kept.

When Brighter House first opened, we had just two members. In those early days, we dreamed about what the Clubhouse could become, and one milestone seemed especially exciting, reaching double-digit attendance.

Our Director jokingly promised that if we ever had double-digit attendance for an entire week, he would let the members shave his head.

Well… this week, the members collected. ✂️

While today brought plenty of laughs, it also marks something much bigger. This moment is a reminder of how far Brighter House has come. From two members to a growing Clubhouse filled with purpose, every step has been possible because of the people who believe in our mission.

Thank you to our community for your continued support. Thank you to our Board of Directors, our dedicated staff, and especially our incredible members. Brighter House is what it is because of each of you, and we’re excited for everything that’s still to come.

Today, we went on an outing to Perry's Berry's Vineyard & Winery for blueberry picking and ice cream. We had a wonderful time!

As we get to the hottest months of the year and heat waves roll across, we are reaching out to the community to let you know that we're thinking of you!
At Brighter House we encourage members to stay hydrated and work with each other on reminding everyone to focus on wellness.
Limit exposure and try not to go outside too much!
