Your mental health is just as important as your physical health! It is okay to ask for help. It is okay to take a break. It is okay to not be okay.

Let's break the stigma -- this month and every month -- and talk about your mental health. Reach out if you need help. Open up about how you are feeling. Check on loved ones. Take care of yourself. Prioritize your well-being and rest. ✨

"An ectopic pregnancy occurs when a fertilized egg implants and grows outside the main cavity of the uterus.

An ectopic pregnancy most often occurs in a fallopian tube, which carries eggs from the ovaries to the uterus. This type of ectopic pregnancy is called a tubal pregnancy. Sometimes, an ectopic pregnancy occurs in other areas of the body, such as the o***y, abdominal cavity or the lower part of the uterus (cervix), which connects to the va**na.

An ectopic pregnancy can't proceed normally. The fertilized egg can't survive, and the growing tissue may cause life-threatening bleeding, if left untreated."(Info by Mayo Clinic)

Ectopic pregnancies can be life threatening. If you experience any of the following symptoms (after having a positive pregnancy test) seek emergency care immediately!
-Severe pain in your abdomen or va**na
-Bleeding
-Lightheadedness or fainting
-Shoulder pain (we know this sounds odd, but trust us... it's serious!)

We hope to see you there!
