The most beautiful news is finally ready to be shared. I'm pregnant and due August 1st! I've loved sharing this with so many of you in person over these past months, but I know this sweet news hasn't reached everyone yet - and now, it feels like it's all unfolding so quickly!

My maternity leave has begun and will carry me through the end of October, with a gentle return to part-time scheduling in early November. As you may know, babies arrive on their own timeline, so I ask for your grace if the date shifts earlier or later than expected - I'll keep you lovingly informed of any changes along the way.

While I step away to welcome this little one, the wonderful April Heesacker will be holding space for our patients with the same care and devotion you've come to know. Yesterday was a fantastic day. Thank you to everyone who stopped by The Silk Tree booth at the Optimal Health & Wellness Symposium — whether you got needled, asked questions, or just gathered info for later. You made it worth showing up.

Events like this remind me why I built The Silk Tree. And a big thank you to Optimal Health & Wellness for putting together an event that actually brought the community together around something that matters. Looking forward to next time.
