✨Teacher Spotlight✨ Meet Sadie!
Sadie is a scientist, lifelong learner, avid reader, and cat mom. Yoga has long been her way to slow down, reconnect, and she first came to yoga to combat stress and burnout.
When you show up to one of Sadie’s classes you can expect a class that blends mindful movement and strength while providing a space to show up without perfection.
🎧 You’ll probably hear songs from Frank Ocean, Thundercat, Janelle Monáe, and Lorde in her vinyasa, and more grounding instrumental music in her yinyasa.
🗓️ You can practice with Sadie Mondays at 5:30 for Hot Vinyasa and slow things down Tuesdays at 5 at Yinyasa.
