This month marks 3 years since I opened Touchstone Counseling, and I’ve been reflecting on how grateful I am for this journey.

What started as a dream to create a safe, supportive space for others has grown into something more meaningful than I ever imagined. Over the last three years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside so many incredible people through healing, growth, hard seasons, breakthroughs, and new beginnings.

To every client who sat here on this couch and trusted me with your story — thank you. Your courage, vulnerability, and resilience continue to inspire me every day.

To my family, friends, colleagues, and supporters — thank you for encouraging me, believing in me, and helping me grow this practice into what it is today.

It is truly an honor to do work that I care so deeply about. I’m incredibly thankful for these past 3 years and excited for all that’s ahead. ♥️

Emotional support, community and connection.

This past weekend’s “Mom Reset” was exactly what our hearts needed. Each mom was able to relax, rejuvenate and get showered with gifts and sweet treats.

It's been an entire year since I've introduced myself, so let's do this again!

My name is still Courtney, and I am the owner and therapist behind these posts.

Touchstone is based out of Morgantown, WV, but technology has blessed us with the ability to reach anyone in the entire state virtually.

I am a certified perinatal mental health therapist, I'm EMDR trained, and specialize in adult ADHD.
I see clients 18+ Monday-Friday.
I have a special interest working with clients who have depression, anxiety, adhd, trauma related disorders, and perinatal mood disorders.

In my personal life:

I stay busy with my 2 children. 👧 👦
I love a good movie or TV show. 🎬
I could read books all day. 📚
I love all genres of music, but 90's music has my heart. 💿
I am an animal lover! 🐶🐱
I love a good nap. 😴
