Join Melita for this month's Breathwork Circle where we will focus on healing the wound of unworthiness.

An unworthiness wound is a deep-seated core belief that you are fundamentally not good enough, unlovable, or lacking in value. This deep core wound can be healed and transformed. The Breathwork Circle will be focused solely on this. You will leave more grounded in yourself and have insights and tools to continue the work. Thursday, Sept 17th 5:30-7pm. Cost is $33.
