Back in April, a group of our Care Team Members took on a challenge to focus on healthier lifestyles during Physical Wellness Month! 💪🎉

We kicked things off with an official weigh-in, then tracked our progress each week for eight weeks. To keep things fair, we measured success by percentage of weight lost rather than total pounds.

With a total loss of 9.89% we'd like to congratulate our 2026 Morgantown Heights Biggest Loser, Amber Gatton! We are so proud of all of our participants for taking steps toward a healthier lifestyle and cheering each other on throughout the journey. In total we lost a total of 65.4lbs! 🎉💪🏆

✨ Care Team Spotlight - Keaira Williams, CNA ✨
Today, Morgantown Heights would like to recognize one of our CNAs who truly goes above and beyond every single day. Being a CNA is not an easy job, but she shows up with compassion, patience, and a heart for our residents every shift.

She doesn’t just complete tasks, she builds relationships. She takes the extra time to listen, comfort, laugh with, and genuinely care for the people we serve. Our residents absolutely adore her and it’s easy to see why. She treats them with dignity, kindness, and makes them feel valued and at home.

Thank you for your hard work, your dedication, and for loving our residents the way you do. We see you, we appreciate you, and our building is better because of you.

Rainy skies couldn’t dampen our spirits as we gathered together for a Memorial Day BBQ with our incredible Care Team family. 🇺🇸❤️

We paused to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Their courage and service will never be forgotten.

As we shared laughter, good food, and time together, we were reminded how grateful we are for the amazing team that cares for our residents each and every day. Thank you to our Care Team for all you do — your compassion and dedication make our community feel like family.
